• Other Maharashtra: 3-5 business days
• Rest of India: 5-7 business days

• Public holidays and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays

5.2 Delivery Address

• Deliveries are made to addresses within India only
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery address
• Address changes must be communicated before order dispatch
• Incorrect address leading to failed delivery is customer's responsibility

5.3 Packaging and Damage

• Products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit
• P.U.P.S is NOT liable for damage caused by shipping partners
• Report any damage/missing items within 48 hours of receipt
• Photographic evidence required for damage claims

6.1 Return Window

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Return request must be initiated within the 7-day window
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Return shipping may be charged to the customer

• Partially used products or cosmetics
• Items without original packaging
• Custom or personalized products
• Sale or discounted items (at seller's discretion)

6.3 Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 10-15 business days after product verification
• Refund will be credited to original payment method
• Bank processing time: 3-5 additional working days
• Shipping charges are NON-refundable
• Full refund only if product condition is verified satisfactory

• We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment fails verification
• Full refund will be provided within 7-10 business days

Maximum Liability: P.U.P.S's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
